After an emergency meeting today by the three unions in the aviation industry, the Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, (ATSSAN), the Nation Union of Air Transport Employee, (NUATE), and the National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineer, (NAAPE), Nigeria Air space will be closed and Air transport grounded as NLC commences a nation wide strike on Monday.
The three unions have directed their members to withdraw their services by 12 midnight on Sunday January 8th.
